Through all of this endeavour, I am just glad I am not one of those who succumb to superfluous and gratuitous over-use of colour saturation ... well, maybe after this one anyway ...
Hey hey hey ! What a good subject. I can picture you at the keyboard Andy... yeah, punch up the cyan, how's about a bit more magenta... why not ! Let's create a whole new spectrum ! Is that per chance the remnants of a circa 53 Morris Minor ?
There's something about those vibrant colours that reminds me of my teenage years in the 70's luckyg ... Maybe the hippy in me is still alive and well ! :)
indeed...perhaps that hippie IS still alive and well !!! *grin* and comment from the "peanut gallery", in the guise of my son, is "hey, that's a good movie !" *smile* yup, sharing your photographic journey with me child.
Yes, it was a good movie anonymous ... and Amy, next time you're down here, I'll not only take you to see the car, I'll buy it for you if you want it ! xox :)
Hey AJ this was my first car, and it was in similar condition too. Saved it from someone's backyard and restored it... cost me 5 dollars... Memories!! BB
Well if anonymous bought this car for $5 many years ago, it's probably worthless now. Perhaps $1. I'd love to turn this into a big planter, fill it with dirt and grow some beautiful flowers out the sides, off the hood (my bad...bonnet), and out the trunk (boot). Now we're talking.
i love that idea "amy"....hmmmm, the riotous colours...shimmering with the humidity....now that is an idea aj....pics with the humidity smudging of objects seen in lense....

Although the original concept for this photo-blog may have changed somewhat due to Life, Love etc (ad nauseum), I WILL chip away at this thing (where possible) until I have completed the countdown from 365. Who knows, I may have a sudden rush of available time (cough) or overwhelming inspiration and still complete the project within the 12 months, although the realist in me says "you're dreamin' mate" ... Whatever, However and Whenever, fruition SHALL be reached (and I have it on good advice that Fruition is a rather nice place, particularly in Spring) :o)
