Hi Andy, Mason here... I'd say, looking at what's left of that bike, it was probably stolen because several parts have been stripped, but now it's the ocean's, holding it by the front of the bike. Mason.
PS from Lucky G : Andy,if you see it again it might be worth seeing if you can locate the serial number, in which case, if successful, a Good Public Citizen call to the Police might help them identify it and cross another off the list. Just a thought.
