.Ok, it may not be the famed 'Norwegian Blue' (in fact, pretty much guaranteed it's not) ... I have no idea what this bird is, but was rather intrigued by it's 'rat-tail' type hair-style (feather-style ?) ...

I saw a bunch of these...have no idea what they are called. Seemingly they have a posture problem. But nice clear pics :)
