~ Oh, What a Feeling .. Part 2 ~
.

A stolen and burned-out Corona station wagon was an eyesore in a local industrial area ... what is a guy to do but give it a little creative treatment ... not quite a return to its' former glory days, (assuming Toyota Corona's ever HAD glory days), but an interesting effect ..

Aaaaah ! The rustic tones that burst forth in an avalanche of aged and skilfully blended colours are an inspiration to say the least. Suggestion... this could well be given even more impact by increasing the contrast to densen the shadow areas a bit and it will literally leap out and almost bite the viewer ! Just for the record, the old Corona wasn't such a bad motor in it's day, it certainly had a strong following in places as far afield as Suva and Port Moresby for it had a reputation of keeping on keeping on ! I know, I had one in Moresby many moons ago. The harder I pushed it the better it went. At the time I was striving to get myself a new company car. Which happened, because the subsidiary company to the Toyota importer in Papua New Guinea, Pacific Motors, decided to import Subaru from Japan. Guess who, as the Senior Account Executive given responsibility for launching the brand, ended up with a fully-kitted first in the country shiny new red one with heaps of chrome and top of the range mags ! Indeed.
